5 /5 Jewelia Pence: I visited Fibers out of curiosity, after noticing a superb childs garment in the window. I was shown kindness, & learned from these gifted women about the special material & care they use in crafting beautiful garments. Hats are hand-crafted too. Accessories are available there as well. The material they use for the garments is imported Marimekko. Its a Finnish lifestyle design company renowned for its original prints and colors. Owners, youre very welcome!

5 /5 Melanie Fedri: It was so lovely to happen upon this shop while visiting Dewitt Mall. One of the shop owners kindly welcomed me in. After browsing for a few minutes she came to assist me, noting that because she hand makes each of her pieces, she does not label them with sizes. This is in part because she finishes the pieces well enough to potentially wear in reverse. I asked her which pieces she thought would fit me, and kindly pulled a number of options. As I tried on each one, we discussed fit, drape, and materials. It reminded me of the kind of consultation I would have with a tailor, and she noted that she can do a custom piece to suit my size if there’s a design not yet made in my particular size. I absolutely adore Marimekko fabrics and was delighted by the chance to add something special to my wardrobe. The price point is above what I normally spend, but I appreciated the small discount offered and that it is such a special piece to be treasured for years to come.

5 /5 Kathleen Roach: What a lovely store! Funnily enough, the Dewitt Mall in which Fibers is located, was my junior high school and it was fun to see it again. Downstairs is where Fibers is located and it is so very nice to look at all the items. They vary from pashminas, jewelry, hand woven jackets, artwork, dresses and other accessories. It is a delight for the senses. Those pashminas!! Beautifully made, unique and colorful. Connie does such a wonderful job on her special design! Everyone should be wearing these. Joan was a delight to talk to and her woven jackets are stunning. Stop in to Fibers and you will understand what quality really is.
