1 /5 Eon M: edit: To the owners response, interesting that you didn’t comment on the fact that you don’t allow your employees breaks! Seems illegal, no? They deserve better. I don’t support businesses that mistreat their workers. Considering how I saw you treat your workers in the store in front of customers, I don’t feel comfortable supporting this store. The workers themselves however are courteous, efficient and do great work. I hope they get a raise.
While perusing a while back I overheard a worker and the owner talking. The worker suggested to the owner that she could put up a pride flag since she wanted the store to attract a liberal clientele and the owner said she would never do that, that wasn’t aligned with the store’s values. Safe to say I didn’t go back. It also seems the workers aren’t allowed breaks here, and the shifts are 8+hours…! Would love for some of the values and practices here to change! The clothes are cute and trendy if pricey, could also use more (or any?) plus sizes.
