5 /5 Amber Akita: I spoke to Alaina over the phone after my order for pickup was cancelled twice for some reason. I was so worried that I would not be able to get my item in time for the holidays since it kept getting cancelled. She was extremely helpful and gave me many options and was efficient and friendly! Overall great experience talking to the team at this location.

1 /5 Demi Hunt: I wish that I received the same enthusiasm when making a return, that I get when I make a purchase. The sales woman at the register processing my return at this location was unwelcoming and rude. She spoke to me in a condescending tone and shoved the receipt at me when she completed the transaction. I understand how returns can negatively impact revenue goals for the day, and mine was a larger return however I am a repeat shopper with this brand and this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Treat your customers better. Especially when prices are increasing when quality is not.

3 /5 Curt: Three stars, but only because I’m still standing. Walked in with my wife expecting to do what any self-respecting partner does in a women’s boutique: find the man chair, plant myself, and become one with my phone until she emerges victorious. Instead? Nothing. Not a stool. Not a ledge. Not even a decorative ottoman I could pretend was ironic. Just racks of clothes, soft lighting, and the faint smell of eucalyptus and financial ruin. Don’t get me wrong—the clothes? Gorgeous. She looked fantastic. I just looked lost. The staff was lovely, but they watched me the way you’d watch someone loitering in a museum gift shop with no intention of buying a magnet. In short: great store for her. For me? Next time I’m bringing a folding chair and a granola bar.
