Annabelle Williams The staff at this location is so kind compared to the other store in Albany. I really like how neat it is kept and how the fitting rooms are actual rooms, not doors with giant gaps under them. The clothing quality isn’t the best, but this location is where I will shop if I choose to go to Aeropostale.

Ash Camara I absolutely love coming to this specific hot topic mostly because Ginni is the most helpful and special employee Ive ever come across at a Hot Topic! I always hope to see them when I come in! Ginni always makes me feel special and helps me pick out things at the store that will look good on me.
