1 /5 David&Danielle Torrales: Very disappointed in Hollister. Ordered gifts online for Christmas. Continued to track the package until I received notification that the order was returned to sender. I contacted Hollister via the chat and spoke with Lara. She indicated that their carrier noted due to weather conditions the package was returned to sender. First how does a carrier have the authority to make that call!? Ive worked with carriers in two separate work environments which normally would delay a package due to weather until safe to deliver. My area did not have any weather conditions that would cause this to occur and other companies delivered packages during this time. I also know that the carrier could be contacted to re-routed packages which I requested. Instead I was offered to purchase the items again with free shipping. I explained that I already received free shipping from the original order and I do not believe I should be charged for the replacement order considering they are getting the original order back. This issue went back and forth with Lara stating my only options were to wait for a refund before repurchasing the items or purchase the items a second time and wait for the refund to post. As big as Hollister is they have horrible options for customer service and do not attempt to resolve the matter. I ended up telling her to forget about it and I will purchase from another company that does not play these games. I can see why companies like Amazon have risen to the top. They are customer based and it is shown through the options they provide to customers to rectify such matters. I would say to stay away from ordering anything online. You may not get your package and then will have to deal with the haggling of trying to get the items you ordered.
5 /5 Terra W: The staff here are exemplary. The store was close to closing but the two team members greeted me and helped me with a smile. The store was clean and everyone respected covid guidelines. I dont live nearby but if I ever visit the area again, I would not hesitate to go back.
1 /5 Nicky Calabria: My sisters and I have shopped here for years, but our most recent visit may have changed us from returning. Rude staff, male workers in the womens changing room (which doesn’t even have real doors for privacy) making young girls feel very uncomfortable. This store use to be great, friendly and always kept up with recent trends. I find that they have lost that sparkle slowly over the years. Unfortunate.
5 /5 MIky Cat: Very high end quality. i love there clothing i buy from them, good customer service, except for this one time when i was asking if they have waffle shirts (the fabric), i asked if they have shirts with waffle fabric they said that they dont sell those, when i looked on theyre website i showed them the shirt and when they say it they stilldidnt know what ii was talking about. but other than that i love there store

Crissey Maria was great! She was pleasant, friendly and professional. She assisted me with finding clearance bras, ad well as regular priced bras. She was patient and everything. I drove from New York and this visit was definitely worth the travel. Also, the other representative, whos name I didnt get, was also super nice and a great conversationalist.

deeknits103 Sometimes you get a sales person who should be an example for all sales people; this was my experience with Zana. She not only handled my returns with courtesy and knowledge, but she did it efficiently and speedily. Lovely store and lovely sales help!
