1 /5 Kayla Araujo: I did an online order and when I called to figure out how exactly to pick up my online order, the front desk had absolutely no idea how the process worked. They told me they were switching me to Sephora which theyve been hung up on me. So I called back and then the lady started telling me two different things first that she talked to her manager and I have to walk in to get my product, and then it turned into I just pulled into my assigned spot. The phone call ended with me saying you know what thanks for your time and hanging up, however this is very frustrating that they dont even know how their own store policy runs. I go here all the time but will not be returning. Do better Kingston.

1 /5 Stacie McCaulley: If I could give zero stars for the experience I would. I had merchandise to return that was paid for with a gift card. I had the receipt present and was told I could only get merchandise credit for the gift card portion. The workers told me “that sounds like a you problem” and “it’s only $25” when I shared that I should be getting the same form of payment back. I just closed my account and don’t plan to step back into that store with those horrible workers.

2 /5 Mamabird Adams: Very unhappy with the new layout of this store. I’m wound around this horrible line with over 30 customers. There are only THREE cashiers. Finally got a fourth but she was filming the line as she meandered to her way to a register. Wondering if this maze of a line with products on both sides is aimed to make you pick up more than what I came in here to get. Nearly 20 minutes in line and now there are 5 cashiers. I will rethink purchasing in store.

3 /5 Richard Buck: What’s right: So the store is clean and decently organized. Store was stocked with a good selection of sizes in the men’s department. (Exception being underwear I guess there are a lot of medium build guys in ulster county) Quick cashiers. Patricia gets a gold star she saved me money and was super efficient. Professional and friendly. She certainly did not have her cell phone sitting next to her like most cashiers these days. What’s wrong: Digital price displays do not work throughout the store. I was never asked by a single employee if I needed any help. Despite passing five Instore. Surprising that they sell some higher named brands
