Levi’s Outlet Store - (Near Waterloo, NY)

1 /5 S B: I experienced racism at the fitting room by one of the employees. He was the one working at the fitting room. He responded very nicely and actively to others EXCEPT for me and my husband. He did not say anything when my husband returned items that he did not want to buy AND even when I told him “thank you” at the end. Clearly that was not what he did to other people. He checked in with other customers multiple times asking questions kindly. We were the only Asians at the store at the moment, and I am extremely upset and shocked about what happened. Levis should do a better job with training their employees with promoting inclusion and diversity in store. This experience seriously impacted my impression about shopping at Levis in a negative way regardless of my satisfaction with the product. Worse than one star.

1 /5 Mike Youmans: Drove an hour to buy my wife 4 pair of jeans, store was supposed to close at 8pm. The sign on the door said closing at 6 because of no closing manager. The manager that was there should have stayed till close. We got there at 605pm and there were still people in the store, we knew exactly what we wanted and they wouldnt let us get them, so you lost a 200 dollar sale. Not very good business practices. This was our closest Levi store but now I will drive 1 and half hours to go to different Levi store. We will never shop here again.....I work 5 - 10 hr. Shifts, maybe you should hire workers who arent afraid to work especially management.

Carrie in the fitting room gave me great details about the pants and of discount offers, everyone who worked there was extremely cordial and were kind. it was a blessing since it my first time getting jeans of this caliber. Very pleased with the service

5 /5 R. ODB: I loved the experience of shipping here just because the staff, they were very nice and helpful. You can find some good deals but I also noticed that JC Penney has the same price on some items.
