4 /5 Kimberly: Okay so this is a nice shop. My sisters-in-law adore it and super enjoyed shopping here. They do have a generous return policy…but make sure you watch what is being returned. I went to return some things (maybe $150) today on my almost 400 original receipt and I did return six things, but instead of beeping each item in the sales lady pulled up my receipt and tapped the items on her screen. When I checked my receipt and items I still had at home, I noticed she ended up returning the cheapest things that I bought and not necessarily the items I returned…it’s not a BIG deal as the difference is only about $10 or so, but I feel like it was shady. It wasn’t enough to go back and be a rude customer about but it did give me an ick feeling, and I don’t feel like the clothes are cute enough for me to go back with an ick feeling. If I spend $30 on a shirt, and return it in perfect condition, I expect my $30 back…not less. However, I digress. The clothes are bright and many have sun protection built in…perfectly suited for snowbirds that travel between here and Florida. I just don’t think I’ll be back.
