Merla M Watch out!!! Very bad customer relationship!! Please look at return and exchange policy before purchasing!!! Owners are very rude and inconsiderate if you try to exchange!!! I purchased a dress cost $150 and realised after that there was a problem with the top. I tried to exchange after few days for another dress, but the owners did not want to hear about my concern.They were rude,talked over me, and told me that I should have read their return policy. Im stuck with the dress. I have to pay for alteration or purchase a new one. I understood that I couldnt return, but I had no idea that exchange would be a problem!! You live and learn! I would never go back to the store. It was a nightmare!

Wendy L I went into this store looking for a dress for my cousins upcoming wedding. Honestly I had low expectations because of my figure & age and because of the reviews I read. I was immediately helped by a woman named Bianca. I told her my size & that it had to be black to hide my imperfections. She immediately grabbed a dress with ruffles, which is exactly what I didn’t want, and told me she thought it would look great on me. I did not like it all & I only tried it on because I didn’t want to be rude. I was shocked once I got it on. I loved it! It was the perfect dress for me. I hadn’t felt that good about my figure in years. I sent a picture to my daughter & she immediately got back to me telling me I had to get it. It’s a beautiful dress, it compliments my figure & I can’t wait to wear it. Bianca was very kind and helpful, I am so glad I went here.

Tialisa Whipple Cute shop right on the main drag in Callicoon. It was a nice break from all the vintage shops. The owner greeted us promptly and was friendly and helpful without being pushy. There were a lot of designer inspired items in the shop.
