Zak N My friend shared a story post showing a pair of sneakers for sale in my size and I immediately sent a DM asking to purchase the shoes. I sent the money through zelle and was told the shoes would be reserved for me whenever I was able to come and get them. I go over there the next day and I was told the shoes werent there and that someone else came and got them already. I couldnt believe what I was hearing because I thought the whole point of me prepaying for the shoes was so they would hold them for me. But instead I was told that someone else running the instagram page also sold it to someone else and that customer already came and got the shoes. This is literally like an episode of Seinfeld "you know how to take the reservation, you just dont know how to hold the reservation, and thats really the most important part." So in short, I wasted an hour and a half driving for no shoes. Awesome. And to add to my terrible experience, I slipped in the parking lot(not 350s fault) and got my clothes all dirty.

I reached out on Instagram and Sarah immediately jumped in to help make it right. She worked with me to send them back and get the correct sizes, and honestly went above and beyond. She even had one of her employees take photos and send them to me so I could better visualize the fit before reordering. I live all the way in New Mexico, and she made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. She was so responsive, helpful, and even took the time to talk with me on the phone. I received the correct size yesterday and I absolutely love my mock neck. The quality is fantastic and exactly what I was hoping for. This is the kind of customer service you don’t get every day. I will definitely be buying from The Lounge Shop again. SHOP LOCAL! Businesses like this deserve it.
