5 /5 Concetta Caputo: Walked in a was greeted by sales associate Lisa. She took the time to help me with an exchange. Friendly, pleasant and was making sure the front table displays were perfectly folded. The young man at the register was also very pleasant and courteous. A wonderful location with a great staff. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

4 /5 Rey Davila: I dont review too many retail locations, but since I was prompted, and it usually doesnt take too much to get me to talk, here goes.... Yes, this is your standard Old Navy, but Ive been to some that dont have employees as helpful as this one. The place was clean, and the merchandise was displayed in a neat and orderly fashion, making it simple to sift through the product and find what you want. Employees offered assistance but werent pushy at all. The line had some people on it, but the cashier staff was abundant enough to move the line along very efficiently. Comparing this retail location to others on Staten Island, it was more pleasant than most.
