5 /5 Evan Shute: I’ve always had a great experience shopping at Old Navy, and it’s become one of my go-to stores for both everyday essentials and a few trendy pieces. The selection is fantastic—whether I’m looking for comfy jeans, cozy sweaters, or fun, seasonal items, there’s always something to catch my eye. The prices are also really reasonable, which makes it easy to stock up on wardrobe staples without breaking the bank. But what really keeps me coming back to Old Navy is the staff. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. The employees are always friendly and approachable, and they make shopping feel like a breeze. I’ve had staff members go out of their way to check if something’s in stock or offer great styling tips when I’m trying to put together an outfit. It’s clear they really care about their customers and want to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. The store itself is always well-organized, which makes it easy to find what I’m looking for, even on busy days. Whether I’m running in for a quick item or spending more time browsing, I always leave feeling satisfied—not just because of the great finds, but because of the positive, welcoming atmosphere. Old Navy really hits the mark with both great products and exceptional customer service. It’s definitely a store I recommend to friends and family.

1 /5 Moriah Richman: The worker at the register with short hair who was working today 11/26 at 1pm was so incredibly rude to my partner and I. Everyone has hard days and retail can surely be stressful, but jeez! The store was totally empty and we apparently walked up to the register from the wrong end (even though there was no one in line) so we were scolded and yelled at, and they scoffed at us and mumbled under their breath after we paid. Awful experience!!

1 /5 Kiara Rodriguez: If I could rate a 0 I would. An elderly women mid 50s or 60s approached me today to accuse me for stealing a hat. The hat brand is an adidas by the way. I quickly had entered the store and then my way to the bathroom. As I entered the bathroom, i noticed the employee starting at me. I didnt think about it as much but I found it uncomfortable. Once I came out the bathroom, she was standing between the fitting room and bathroom hallways when she said I needed to pay for the hat. I explained to her the old navy does not own merchandise like adidas and second I had came in with the hat to the store already. She continued to argue with me and demanded for me to pay for the hat. Her tone was crazy and rude! She was too close to my face. I than spoked to 2 employees about the situation. The male employee said " Im sorry." The sarcasm and careless behavior thru me off with him as well. Overall, these people are unprofessional and unethical. On top of that, this female employee gave me a sense of racial profiling after all. No pregnant women like myself should have been treated like this today!

5 /5 QuinnFord: Great visit to the new Old Navy. I’m a sweatpants guy and they had a great selection for that. Checkout was quick and easy, the new store looks clean, modern, and in a better location than the old one up at the mall.
