4 /5 Alex Masciana: This location has many discounted items ideal for back to school shopping with the whole store showing 20 to 50 percent discounting on clothing for both genders and all the ages. The check out lines moved pretty quickly and the store seemed adequately staffed to deal with the volune of customers.

5 /5 Alexandra Confort: I’m writing this after just leaving I was in the store on 10/21/25 and the cashier I just had was AMAZING. I wish I caught her name but she was the only one up there 6:10 PM. She was so helpful although I was asking a bunch of questions and with it being towards the end of the day I understand how I could have easily been considered annoying but she had a great attitude and was so sweet! Someone needs to give that girl a raise!

1 /5 Bryan C: I’d give 0 if I could. I’m typing this at 6:48. When they close at 7. I was trying to return a shirt that’s all. Lady was a bit rude for no reason. I asked what time they closed she said “7” and I showed my phone saying 6:45 and she said “yea doors are locked” very unprofessional.

1 /5 Ashley H: I was disappointed with my experience at Old Navy today. Usually they have great sales, but the deal signs were not in alignment with a few products and so certain deals never applied properly. Besides the sales experience... The sales associate* wasn’t very knowledgeable of the store credit card process and other store related questions when asked about sales/deals… this person was also very uncomfortable with applying certain discounts which were eligible. It wasn’t a very successful shopping experience today unfortunately.
