Calliope Gosicki Very unkept and messy store. Their clothes are “discounted” but are very dirty and torn up and a lot of the stuff has dust marks on it because of a lot of their merchandise winds up on the store’s floor without getting picked up. The staff looks miserable and the customer service is horrible but I can’t blame the staff knowing how the managers are after my rude encounter with them. The Manager is very disrespectful and was bothered when I asked for assistance and made it seem like I was disturbing him when all I wanted was to ask a question about a certain item but he seemed more focus on constantly playing with the clothing racks like fiddling with them over and over again isn’t gonna make a difference. If you don’t like when people ask questions then don’t be a manager in retail business. Overall tho this place is definitely not my cup of tea and with how that place is operated I’m shocked they are still open. Do not waste your time going here.

Mikeyy Lunarezz Ive known about this mall but never made the trip until today. Malls offers two levels of shopping with a large selection of stores and shops. Youll find eateries and even a AMC movie theater. A great food court with a variety of different food options and plenty of seating. Mall is kept clean including the restrooms. Youll see visible security walking around. Free parking which is always a plus. Youll find specially now during the holidays beautiful decorations and even Santa station for photo ops. I dont live on the island but wanted to try something different and check this place out. Overall its a cool place to visit snd spend a nice afternoon with friends and family.

Margie LaTourette I discovered Cloud Nine several years ago. I live in Canandaigua but it’s worth the trip. It’s my favorite clothing store. The clothing is easy to wear, reasonably priced and Susan has a great eye for colors and style and we get treated like royalty by the staff. I’ve introduced several of my friends to Cloud Nine. We make an afternoon date for shopping and lunch in Geneseo. Love love love Cloud Nine!! XO Margie

Bob Faughnan I dropped my I-Phone 13 in the parking lot of my store yesterday and didnt realize it. While driving down the road, I suddenly noticed that my phone was not in my work truck. I turned around and went back to my store and as I pulled into my parking lot, I saw it laying on the gravel. apparently, the phone fell out of my pocket, and then I backed over it with a big work truck and squashed it. I get out of my truck and it was upside down when I picked it up the screen was totally shattered and even dented in a little bit so I just figured the phone was history. I tried to call my carrier, but nobody could speak good English and I got frustrated and hung up. The next morning I spoke to my business account sales rep and I had her order me a new I-Phone 17 Pro but they said it wouldn’t arrive for at least three days cause it was a weekend. However, for the heck of it, I went to Ugly Phones today and within an hour he immediately had the whole thing repaired. I was shocked how he was able to totally restore it in an hour. This man is a genius. I’m gonna tell all my friends to go to ugly phones.

Bethany Baier Such a lovely shop! I found the perfect pair of shoes here, and the whole store was filled with beautiful clothing and unique pieces. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly helpful and super friendly. A true gem in Canton—I’ll definitely be back!
