I bought a shirt here and needed to exchange the size and the lady at the register said there was a stain on the shirt and accused me of wearing the item when I had just bought the item the day before. She then said she’ll exchange it but only this time and she ripped the tag off and kept the receipt so I couldn’t do another exchange. Very bad to accuse customers and ugly cheap clothing they sell from Shein

1 /5 Eqz_0: Average selection & they don’t let you try anything on! I asked if I could just try a button up shirt over my T-shirt and they told me no. Literally you can’t even try in the jackets! Ridiculous. Take your money elsewhere where!! There is another store right across from this one. The girls were nice & helpful. AND they let you try on the clothing before purchasing. This store is a waste of time, and just a money grab. Bc they only care about pocketing your money & not that you are satisfied with your purchases.

1 /5 Angie Espino: I don’t understand their dumb no try on/no refund policy. At the very least customers should be provided with the ability to try on clothes. It can be as simple as having a store employee monitor how many items someone brings into the fitting room if management is that scared of people stealing. At the end of the day there are always going to be terrible people stealing from a small business but as a loyal customer I feel punished for the actions of others and I’m ready to shop elsewhere along junction just to get my moneys worth.

1 /5 Elizabeth Cruz: Terrible service, can’t try on anything and then won’t give a refund only offer exchange, I don’t want any other form of clothing I just want my money back, lady at the front was being rude, terrible customer service, won’t ever come here again and would advise others to not buy here either due to its ridiculous ‘policies’.
