Savannah D I had an amazing experience with The Lounge Shop in Buffalo. I ordered a few mock necks, and when they arrived they fit a bit bigger than I wanted. I reached out on Instagram and Sarah immediately jumped in to help make it right. She worked with me to send them back and get the correct sizes, and honestly went above and beyond. She even had one of her employees take photos and send them to me so I could better visualize the fit before reordering. I live all the way in New Mexico, and she made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. She was so responsive, helpful, and even took the time to talk with me on the phone. I received the correct size yesterday and I absolutely love my mock neck. The quality is fantastic and exactly what I was hoping for. This is the kind of customer service you don’t get every day. I will definitely be buying from The Lounge Shop again. SHOP LOCAL! Businesses like this deserve it.

Alaina B It had been a long time since I visited Circles, probably about 12-13 years. I had gained a lot of weight and have now started losing it, but Ive been nervous about buying nice clothes, both because Im afraid I wont fit into anything and because I dont want to buy really nice pieces that I really like that will end up too big within a season, and then Ive wasted the money. However, I was sick of buying cheap stuff online and decided to come in today and see what would fit me. The woman who helped me was so wonderful and was excited right along with me every time I found something I liked that fit. She picked out tons of options for me and I ended up buying five pairs of jeans, two pairs of shoes, and four shirts. I didnt have a budget and was fully prepared to spend a significant amount, but to my surprise almost everything was on sale because its the end of the summer season. Im so happy with everything I could just cry, and Ill be back there at the end of the month when they get their fall items in.
