1 /5 Jennifer B.: I will never take my stuff ever again there!! First of all when I went there. They look like they don’t know what they’re doing. Secondly, when I finally got my stuff they stitch everything together it was bulky, as you can see in the picture. I have to now do hand stitch the two parts of the skirt separately! Do not take your stuff here

1 /5 Marina Samuel: ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!! Listen to the bad reviews about the tailor. Don’t trust them when they say that they can do alterations. They’ll say yes, but they have a lot of work and they really don’t care to deliver and make money because they have enough business I wish I could give them zero stars. I’ve gotten pants hemmed from them before with no problem. This time I asked them to patch a hole in my pants and take up a dress that was too long. After inspecting it, they said they could do it and to come back Monday. My mom goes back Monday and they didn’t start it and lost my measurements and clothes. They found it then asked what I wanted again because they forgot. Then they said come back the next day. I come back and they didn’t start and they tell me to come back the next day. I go back two days after I was supposed to pick it up and they didn’t have it ready by then. IF YOU CANT TAILOR AN OUTFIT JUST SAY THAT INSTEAD OF STRINGING ME ALONG AND WASTING MY TIME. I gave them this dress three weeks ago and now summer is ending and I haven’t been able to wear the dress. I have to waste more time and return this dress today because the return window is closing. So unprofessional. I’m brown but if you’re not Bengali, they really don’t care to serve you. They didn’t apologize or anything. I raised my voice and explained this all to them and they didn’t even flinch at my reaction. Absolutely horrible all of them.

1 /5 faiza: the older saleswoman here is terrible at her job and its very obvious she hates doing her job. the moment i walked in she came to me with an attitude instructing me on how to view the dresses in a way that requires minimal effort for her. when i told her i didnt like something, she rolled her eyes and made faces. despite only showing me 5 options that didnt even fall under the budget range i requested, she started being discouraging and basically dismissing me out of the store, claiming i dont like any of the options she showed me, acting like she exhausted all her effort showing me every option. customer service here is absolutely lazy and must be terrible for business.

1 /5 Marium Sultana: Do not go to this place for tailoring. I first took my stuff to woman, she took more than 1 month to get my tailoring done. Then I thought I should take it to the man who seems to be good to keep promise, however turns out he is worse than his wife. He has been keeping my stuff for more than a month. Every time I call, he will tell me not today come tomorrow then I will call again he will tell me to come another day. On top that he is rude.They dont have any remorse to give run around to customers. Horrible place and customer service.
