5 /5 Amanda Buzolich: Rag and Bone at the Riverhead outlets never lets be down!! I buy a majority of my jeans from here because they fit perfectly. I can always find something. I live in Brooklyn and cant always make it out to Riverhead but still like to see whats available in store. Gina Fusco is great at keeping me up to date about what is available in stores and what deals are available. She recently informed me about the consignment boxes that are offered and she was able to figure out my style to the T and send me items that worked for me. I highly recommend shopping here.

1 /5 A Charles: Worst scamming staff and store ever. I was looking for jeans for my husband and they pushed a ton of other stuff on me repeatedly stating I could bring it back if he didn’t like it. When I went to check out I saw a sign saying no returns or exchanges. They said that didn’t apply for holiday shopping and I could bring anything back until mid January. The next day I went to return the things my husband didn’t like and they said no refunds only exchanges. They knew what they were doing and misled me and added tons of items to the sale knowing I’d be stuck and they’d have 1k of my money. Shame on you. You don’t make commission so I hope the karma for intentionally ripping people off is worth corporate patting you on the back for sales.
