I had a super complicated issue around online shopping that completely wasnt her or the store fault - and she went above and beyond to help me get it fixed; and then even offered me a generous discount for my inconvenience (when again it wasnt even the stores fault!!). Probably the most incredible service Ive ever experienced in any retail store. This is such a big part of what makes the brand so special - I love Ramy Brook even more after this interaction and will remember this every time I wear my top. Thank you Abigail.
