Teri Friedman The service (thank you, Maddie, and your wonderful assistant whose name I unfortunately don’t recall) was superb - friendly, professional, unintimidating. The dresses were beautiful- Maddie has an impeccable eye and picked out the perfect one for me. I was then able to buy all the matchng accessories- earrings, necklace, shoes, purse, even Spanx!! - and be done with all the big decisions. I taken used their recommended tailor, Patricia, who worked miracles to make the dress fit like a dream. Everyone at the wedding was so complimentary of the whole look, but most importantly, my daughter (the bride) thought it was the perfect dress for her wedding (Colorado in the summertime). Thank you!!

Vincent Esposito Finally found myself in Buffalo after reading about O’Connell’s years ago on a traditional/ivy style menswear blog and I my expectations were blown away. The sales staff is friendly, helpful and anything but pushy. I left with their iconic heavyweight OCBD, a buffalo print tie and some italian wool socks, but I could have easily found 20+ other things that I would have taken home. Will definitely keep these guys on my list of places to return to, I’m glad stores like this still exist.
