1 /5 Melissa Clicquennoi: DO NOT SHOP HERE. In trying to keep money local and shop in stores like this instead of Amazon - I was reminded why places like these do not deserve local money. When I went to return a pair of linen pants, purchased 2.5 weeks prior, and look for a couple of new tops - I was informed of their return policy which is 7 days. I had the receipt and was unaware of the return policy. The sales lady also informed me that the pants were now on sale and this posed a problem as well however she went and asked someone for an exception and I was offered the sale price for the pants. A man appeared behind the counter interjected condescendingly that the return policy is written on the receipt, which was unnecessary as I wasnt even disputing that. I would have taken store credit and continued to shop in the store and spent even more money, however instead I took my pants and my receipt and shook my head as I left the store amazed that they did not care one bit that they lost a customer that day. I will give these $95 pants away before giving them another percentage of the initial purchase price.
