1 /5 Jessica Buchanan: I have been shopping at spencers for many years and I have never been braided and embrassed as I was at my last visit. A bit aggressive cashier rang me out, offered cleaning solution to which I decline. The cashier then question what I use, which took me off guard, but I answered regardless. They informed me that was wrong and I shouldnt use it, I said thats fine, Im good though. They proceeded to lecture me for a minute or so on how I was still wrong and shouldnt do It my preferred method. Again, I said, Im good, just wanted my purchase. They finished with a comment about well its your UTI, speaking loudly with other customers near by. Its been quite some time that I was left embarrassed and speechless, but this absolutely did that. When I received my receipt, I asked for a bag to be discrete, and was told "we dont have any" which made it again more embarrassing. The cashier working 8/1/2025 @ 2:53pm should absolutely be educated on being discreet and not embarrassing a customer like that as to avoid people from shopping elsewhere.
