5 /5 Meena Nayyar: This talbots went above and beyond and I would like to highlight Susan as the employee who made my visit exceptional. She was completely calm and patient throughout my entire time at the shop. When I shop, I take a lot of time to decide on what specifically I want and she exceeded my expectations. She is an amazing employee who deserves the upmost praise and respect for executing her job perfectly.

5 /5 Kathy Conte: I go twice a year out to the outlets in Riverhead, and usually have pretty good luck at the Talbots store. But, on my recent visit, I was assisted by Gisele. She was most accommodating in attending to my needs, offering opinions on sizes, and looks, and had just a wonderful demeanor, with great sense of She is truly a great asset to this business. I highly recommend seeking her out when visiting this store.

5 /5 JP: I had a return to make after Christmas, but the person who gave me the gift bought it at a full price store and not one of the outlet stores like this one. Evidentially, the Talbots computer system does not allow returns in different store types. In order to make the return I would have had to drive to the nearest full-price store (an hour away from where I live). When I was told this, I expressed my disappointment and asked if there was anything they could do. The staff at this location, and especially their manager, went above and beyond to help me. The manager contacted the full-price Manhasset store and worked out a solution with their manager. She was going to ship the items to that store for me and then they would issue a store credit, which was exactly what I wanted. Each person working at this store handled this professionally and didnt sacrifice service to the other customers in the process--even the person working in the back with shipments came to the front to help so no one had to wait in line too long while the manager worked out my issue. Clearly this staff works as a team and does whatever it takes to help their customers. I believe the names of the employees were Kristina and Alex. I honestly am forgetting the name of the manager right now, but she was wonderful. Thank you!

4 /5 Frances Secondo: I love the classic Talbots look but the Tanger Mall outlet location is the only one Im aware of that carries Womens plus sizes. Wish all their stores carried all their offerings.
