A Ive been in the store many times but this is the first time buying any type of Clothing item. They started carrying Push Trees and Im glad I was able to get a shirt!!

Jae I love American Eagle and have been wearing the brand for over a decade. Specifically, their jeggings are of amazing quality that come in a variety of sizes. If I cant find it in store, I can go online and have it shipped to the store for free. Being a millennial, Im not one for crop tops and super high-rise jeans but I usually find something I like here. The staff at this particular location are always nice and helpful. The store itself is also clean and well kept. I went to return a shirt as well as pick up an online order yesterday and it went seamlessly. Great place to shop and I hope this store at the Waterloo Outlets will stay open.

The associate who helped me was extremely helpful — she found my order quickly, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The service was efficient and friendly, and the whole process was very easy. I really enjoyed my experience in the store and will definitely come back to buy a coat in person rather than online. Thank you — the service was excellent.

Mariah This is the only store that I shop for clothes at. Everything fits correctly, they always have a good variety of sizes, the clothes are good quality, and the employees are very sweet and knowledgeable. The fitting rooms are spacious and there are a lot of fixtures to hang clothes on until youre done trying on the clothes. I would highly recommend this store
