The Tioga County Open Door Mission - Shop NY (Near Owego)

4 /5 Vincent King: Its a thrift store, with a good message and heart. Typically, these are not my cup of tea, Im a buyer, hunter. Mrs King my bestie is the shopper, the gatherer. I did my obligatory walk through, smiled to my Queen, and exited the premises, there were Pokemon in the parking lot! The message is the mission supports the community. The reality, the community supports the mission. They come in for the half off days and bag sales, or when the weather decides to be kind. The parking lot rarely had an open slot. I watched dozens of citizens drop off donations. Many times that number happily return to their waiting transport, new treasures in tow. Normal household items and wares. Clothes. Knick knacks. Collectibles. Ill be back, more than likely as chauffer for the family. Mrs King is already planning next weeks assault, I suggest you come early. We like the Open Door Mission thrift store.

4 /5 Farmers daughter: I go here once a week. A certain color tag will be 50 percent off .. all used donated stuff.. they have been cleaning up the store and doing some painting. Some things seem high for used free donations stuff. They have clothes.. knickknacks.. dishes. DVD... Furniture,,.
