5 /5 Jenn Tenuto: After buying and returning about 30 dresses online for me to wear to my daughter’s sweet 16, I gave up and decided I needed a real dress shop. I did not even know this store existed in the mall until I did a designer location search. Upon walking in we were greeted by Laura who guaranteed she will get me into the right dress. She went above and beyond… contacting designers, having their staff try on dresses so that she can send me pictures and having my size shipped in a matter of two days. After a few alterations to make the dress appropriate for a petite person, I was in my dream dress! She also somehow managed to get my daughter in a new dress that other stores said was not available. This store is definitely overlooked. Maybe it is because this location does not look very “glamorous,” but they make up for that and more so by serving their customers and making THEM glamorous. And isn’t that the goal!?
