Theres a nice offering of good quality clothing, with some beautiful accessories (jewelry, handbags, etc.) I really appreciate that Anna Grace regularly stocks a variety of Matt & Nat products. SKroots The Westchester mall is located in the city of White Plains, in the county of Westchester in New York State. There are two anchor stores Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus. In addition to the anchor stores, there are numerous other jewelry, eye wear, fragrant, mens and ladies apparel stores. However, the food court for an upscale shopping mall was a bit disappointing, I assumed there would have been a greater number of choices. In another note, there is a large area to sit and connect to free WiFi.
