I reached out on Instagram and Sarah immediately jumped in to help make it right. She worked with me to send them back and get the correct sizes, and honestly went above and beyond. She even had one of her employees take photos and send them to me so I could better visualize the fit before reordering.
I live all the way in New Mexico, and she made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. She was so responsive, helpful, and even took the time to talk with me on the phone. I received the correct size yesterday and I absolutely love my mock neck. The quality is fantastic and exactly what I was hoping for.
