1 /5 Gabriel Hurtado: I bought a Gaston Luga bag from Westerlind about 8 weeks ago. I only just had the chance to use it once, and already the strap is pulling away from the rivet. When I went back to the store, their response was basically: “too bad, not our problem — call Gaston.” Supposedly they only stand behind what they sell for two weeks.
Too bad for you — Westerlind could care less. You should have seen the shoulder shrug I got. Do NOT shop there. If a store can’t stand behind the products they sell for more than two weeks, what’s the point? Buy direct from the brands they carry. Absolutely no reason to shop at Westerlind. It a shame.
