5 /5 Summer Robbins: I always have a great experience in Windsor. My daughter loves their clothes and always finds really nice pieces for her wardrobe. Today we came in to do a little shopping for a party and college. Boy was it busy! Darrell was very helpful! He helped me find items, perfumes for myself, and my daughter. This store caters to teens and young adults. Though it was hectic Darrell moved seamlessly through the store, navigating,directing, and assisting all who needed help. From prom dresses to fitting rooms! I will definitely return! It’s quickly become one of my daughter’s favorite stores! Can’t wait to see what new items will be available this spring.

1 /5 Devin VanBrunt: I went into this store with my fiancé to take a look at some clothes and as somebody who has worked in retail management for almost a decade I thought the customer service was terrible. The staff treated me poorly and kind of just stared in a deadpan manner at my partner when they asked to try on some clothes before rushing us away in order to continue their conversation. The staff probably needs a refresh because it seems pretty obvious that the people working there dont want to be there and certainly dont care to be kind to their patrons.

1 /5 Purplegirl: Please DO NOT bang on the changing room stalls .It is 1 person per stall but I had no idea, I was having help with the clothes. Then An employee very rudely banged on the stall very hard and yelled “guys it one person per stall!” Which is fine , but there is a way to go about it. Do not bang on the stall and yell next time. Was just weird and ruined my mood. I had the same girl at check out and she was still rude . I have worked retail and a light knock and “hey guys , there’s just one person per stall “ would have been great. Also , they gave me a receipt on a post-it note. Just a weird vibe . While I was shopping it’s like they were all staring at me wanting me to leave the store . Idk probably won’t come back, I was shopping for my birthday too so it’s just a shame to be treated like an animal in the zoo . There’s no sings saying 1 person per stall and the banging was just aggressive and unnecessary . As. Girl you’ve never had your friend help you zip up clothes you are trying on? Just felt like I was being scolded when they could have reinforced rules a lot nicer . It’s all good that’s why your register wasn’t working hope y’all got out late ☺️

1 /5 Beth Zimmerman: the staff disgusts me with their nasty attitude. that one girl and derrick were the worst!!! rolling their eyes, talking with attitude, acting like I’m bothering them just by existing. Like??? Relax, let me shop without acting like I ruined your whole day. at this point i stopped shopping from here. It honestly feels like the manager is out here hand picking people with problems. Every time I go in, it’s the same energy rude, disrespectful, and just embarrassing. I’m literally just trying to buy something and they’re acting like I committed a crime.

1 /5 Annabelle Williams: I visited this location on 7/24 around 4:45/5 pm. Upon reading these reviews, I see that someone else also had a poor experience like me on the same day. That’s really telling; your staff is rubbing people the wrong way enough for multiple people to address this in these reviews. I had a coupon to redeem that was expiring soon, so I stopped in to shop and use it. The cashier (Abby as indicated on my receipt) was incredibly rude. First off, she tried saying my coupon that expired on the 31st was expired. I had to correct her. One of my items I was buying was clearance, and the other two were full price. My coupon would only apply to the full price items, and when I saw my total shoot up over $20 I asked Abby if she could double check the scanning and see why the coupon made the price go up higher. Abby looked me dead in the face and looked annoyed I was asking her to double check an obvious error. She said “I don’t know” in response to me asking why the coupon didn’t work. I looked at the pin pad which read: $25, $25 then $10 and yet the total was $81. It did not add up. Abby continued to look at me with disgust, making me feel like I was in the wrong and inconveniencing her. Long story short the manager came over and instructed her to do 2 transactions to use the coupon on the full price items and buy the clearance item at clearance price. Abby still did the same thing where she scanned the clearance into the full price transaction, which I had to correct her on. She then finally said “Yeah I guess I have to do that.” For the second transaction she didn’t ask for my email like for the first one, clearly indicating she was annoyed at the situation and wanted to rush me out of there. I understand working retail has its pros and cons, I worked in retail management for years in the past. What’s not okay is to project your frustration onto the customers. I wasn’t trying to make Abby feel bad or wrong, I was bringing a computer error to her attention. She made me feel so unwelcome. I will not be returning here, no matter how amazing the coupons and sales are. I hope the staff is addressed or realigned because this is a consistent theme based on the other reviews.
