1 /5 Taisha Dickerson: The problem is not the merchandise, but the poor customer service at this particular store. It didn’t start out that way. There was a young lady working the dressing room and she was quite attentive and welcoming. By the time we were ready to make a purchase, our experience changed. My daughter and I stood at the register for quite some time waiting to purchase the dress we had picked out. There was a person behind the register but she didn’t speak or acknowledge us. After several minutes she walked away to a group of employees at the middle of the store, telling them that someone needed to go to the register. We still had to wait several more minutes for someone to come over and ring us up.
We drove 1.5 hours specifically to visit the store to find and buy a prom dress for my daughter, only to discover that the associate failed to remove the security tag when we returned home.
I am feeling quite annoyed to have to travel an hour and a half just to have the tag removed. If I had a choice in the matter, I would just return the dress. I know people make mistakes, so the tag not being removed was just icing on the cake for me.
