3 /5 Ashley Stafford: I just wanna start off by saying that the nighttime crew was exceptional.
Im just extremely disappointed and frustrated.
I had a bunch of $15 coupons ($165 worth to be exact) that were gifted to me as a tip from a client. they said that they read it and nowhere on the card. Did it say that you cannot stack them. It only stated that you cannot use it with other rewards programs. As all of that made sense to me, I decided to go in and see if there was anything that I liked. I was greeted by the night time crew and everyone was really nice. I even signed up for a few of their programs. however, when I went to go check out they said that something wasnt working properly and they even agreed that I should be able to stack them. they asked if it would be okay to come back the next day when Chris, the manager, was in. I said yes, I can do that. Although I did not want to go if it wasnt going to work to waste more of my time. They assured me it would and a woman even paid for sale items with 2 of those coupons at that time. I went in the next day, the day, that the coupons expired. The person who helped me was very nice but did not try to figure out why it wasnt working. Instead, I was asked to make 3 separate transactions in which case the coupons still werent working. And then when it worked on one item. They asked if I wanted to buy that 1. I decided to not buy anything and probably wont be back. The main reason for this is because of Chris, the manager, overheard all of it (standing next to us), while these issues were occurring and never once tried to help. The people again are very nice, but it was just a frustrating experience. The clothes are okay, youre paying $89 for leggings and $120 for yoga pants. I, personally would rather spent $120 on jeans. If you want to pay that much then this store will be good for you and i hiiighly recommend shopping with the evening shift . They will try to ensure a pleasant experience.
