2 /5 Marie Esther: The two ladies working the back are nice and do what they can, but too many appointments are allowed for the same time, hence it can be very overwhelming getting assistance or individualize help. They had so many people booked at the same time that they didn’t even have a fitting room for me for a while. Fitting rooms are tiny and its crowded shopping experience. They do have some beautiful prom dresses, but not too many sizes available to try on and it’s a bit overpriced, but they do have dresses in different price range. I would considering coming back but not during busy shopping season.

5 /5 Rose: Bella Jules staff and owner were not only helpful but beyond amazing! They made sure to go through different styles with me and allowed me to try on some of the dresses that fit a similar wedding feel. I loved how involved they were in making sure my wedding dresses became the perfect pieces for the day. If I have another important event I definitely will use them again. I am so grateful my husband’s sister introduced me to this wonderful boutique.

5 /5 Angela Bartholomew: Highly recommended!!!!!!! My daughter did not want to go to prom until she decided she did 1 month before her prom day. Now she is going to 2 proms. She was trying to find the right store and Bella Jules was our first store to look. On Friday we walked in and Ester was a wonderful help to us from start to finish. My daughter didnt find a dress that fit which was to be expected. We went searching again to other various stores, she was not happy, but she decided Bella Jules La Femme 32731 dress was the one. So we called Bella Jules, Ester answered and said to come in on Sunday and see what the manager can do because my daughter did not like the back of the dress. We came in on Sunday told Juli what she was looking for she was super attentive and got right to finding out information she called the seamstress and they will be putting in a zipper. We are excited to see how the dress turns out. Thank you so much Bella Jules for being amazing to us and accommodating my daughters needs. We will definitely be shopping here again in 2028 for another prom dress.

5 /5 Regina Anderson: We had a great experience at Bella Jules. We had a later appointment to shop for prom dresses. The staff were all very helpful, attentive, and patient. My daughter tried on many dresses and the women were all very kind. They never even let us know they were closing. We never felt rushed. They have a large selection of beautiful dresses. They were amazing! We will be coming back next year! Thanks!

2 /5 Katie Miller: I went here for a prom dress and I was so excited to try some dresses on from their pretty pictures on Instagram. Once I got there they only had like 3 dresses in my size and no helped me. The dressing room is also super tight. I left with a dress I didn’t love and left so defeated. If you are bigger than a size 6, don’t go.
