Billtown Clothing - Shop PA (Near Williamsport)

Lars This is a giant shopping center with numerous shops and restaurants. The traffic isn’t too bad, though it depends on the day and time. My friend and I were walking around and didn’t see much cars out and it was a Wednesday afternoon. There is all kinds of restaurants like fast food or dine-in and different styles of food. There is also a lot of clothing stores and home good stores. The Belmont fountain is very pretty too!
