5 /5 Sarah Cole: I rarely take time to write reviews but I had to give major shout out and props to Amanda at Buffalo exchange. I asked if I could get some help looking for specific items for a Halloween costume and she eagerly went through each rack and pulled a bunch of options for me to try on. They were all amazing and I walked out of the store with a shirt, pants and shoes in only 15 minutes of shopping because I was in a rush. The manager was also very friendly and the other staff member working there was very nice as well. The store has a lot of selection and the prices were reasonable for used brand name items. They also told me if for whatever reason I wanted to return the items I could do so for store credit, which was really helpful because I may find something else I like better.

4 /5 Shannon Zimmer: Let me start off by saying I love this place, they have a somewhat eclectic selection & I consider it to be one of better-run Buffalo Exchanges. Definitely could be more size inclusive & less brand focused. I love to see true vintage in a thrift store’s inventory. The staff is super sweet & they always welcome me with warmth. Yesterday I came in & had a less than perfect experience. I brought in a vintage Prada bag and the buyer (also manager) looked at it for about 5 seconds before turning it down. Is authentication of a designer bag supposed to be a 5 second process? I don’t think so. Honestly a little insulting that she interpreted my bag as fake or whatever. I collect Prada bags, and I know for a fact it’s not fake. Person only looked at the logo, didn’t even open the bag or really observe the product in its entirety. I’ve noticed when selling to this particular individual, items tend to be either selected immediately (without proper observation of damage, wear, etc) or discarded somewhat carelessly. I’ve literally sold this person damaged items. I used to work at Buffalo Exchange in Costa Mesa so I know what the buying process is supposed to look like. I’ve also noticed this individual offers no feedback as to why items have been turned down. This feedback can be extremely helpful & I do wish they would at least tell me why they’re turning down my stuff. The other workers are really good about this! Not gonna lie tho, I miss the old manager. Definitely will continue shopping here but be weary of who you’re selling to.

5 /5 Elizabeth Glimpse: I went into this BE location on Colorado for the first time today. They had an amazing selection. Compared to my experience at Crossroads last week, this place is GREAT! I will be returning.

5 /5 Æbîlēne HNrs: Good selection of items from blouses to shoes. So far, contrary to the experience of others, all of the staff that was there at the time we visited were very nice and accommodating.
