anneliese hille The fees charged by H&R Block are a bit high, BUT, I have been dealing with the same tax rep, Vicki Herman, for several years now. Even after moving out of town I still wanted to have Vickie take care of my taxes and here is why: She is kind, professional and very detail oriented. This year was especially time consuming due to the new tax laws, forms that werent uploaded due to the government shut down and the fact that I sold a home out of state. She never once seemed flustered or put out. I appreciate her going the extra mile to make sure that nothing was missed, as well as working with my limited schedule since I work nights on a rotating bases, and had to travel out of state. This actually caused a delay in me being able to meet with her once everything was ready, and I appreciate her being willing to hold onto all of the forms, until our schedules matched up to finalize everything. She is a valuable asset to your company, and I trust her to take care of all my tax needs!
