5 /5 John K: We vetted 3 different closet designers. Cindy, with Closet Factory, had the best layout ideas and was most flexible with different designs we requested. There was nearly nothing that closet factory could not do, which was not the case with other vendors. Cindy also gave us great guidance, recommendations for us to consider, and provided many different options and layouts for us to compare. The install team was professional and extremely thorough from start to finish. My favorite part was that they screwed something up. They owned it and all teams handled it like true pros. In fact, they were the ones that pointed it out to us. Talk about trust. I’ve done countless house projects with many different contractors and vendors. It’s ones like these that I will continue to do business with and recommend without question. We couldn’t be happier with Closet Factory from start to finish.

5 /5 Nicole: Our sales rep Cindy was wonderful to work with. During the consultation, she took the time to understand our needs and recommended a design that would benefit us the most while keeping everything within our budget. We reviewed two different quotes, and her design was clearly the best option for both our master bedroom closet and our kitchen pantry. We also did not want a wall divider in the pantry because we wanted to maximize space, and she delivered a layout that was exactly what we hoped for. The installer who came to our home has been with the company for many years, not a third-party contractor, and he did an excellent job with the installation. He also took the time to explain everything to us, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend this company.

The installation was very easy and the installer Josh was the best , he went above and beyond to make sure I loved my new closet and garage installation. I would recommend ( and already did) Closet Factory to everyone.

5 /5 A-M Gilpin: I’m thrilled. It was a decent waiting period (6-8 weeks) before they could install, but it was so worth the wait. Cindy was my designer and she was so helpful and patient with me going back and forth on little details. Timmy and Logan did the install and they were quick (1-day install) and courteous (took their shoes off.) This was by far the easiest thing about all of the updates I’ve had to do to this house. I wish I had another closet for them!

5 /5 Maureen Hernandez: Closet factory was a very good experience from the salesman Shaun to the installers Colin and Colin, they were excellent in their installation, neatness and very pleasant young men, they were a pleasure to have in my home. I would recommend closet factory 100 percent. There are before and after pictures.
