5 /5 Cynthia Serrano Genova: I decided to stop in to grab an eye pencil and hair glue. To my surprise I was greeted with some old school soul music and a warm welcoming. Now I was taken back a bit because I am so used to the total opposite. Amy was putting out new products along with her husband. She stopped what she was doing to help me locate what I needed. While checking out she was still engaged and was telling me about the new hair products she was putting out. She walked me to the area to show the variety of the new hair after checking me out. I was set on getting knotless braids this weekend but because of my experience just within those 5 minutes I was in there made me come back 5 minutes later to purchase hair I would have just gotten offline. Her people skills are beyond awesome. I have not stepped into a hair store in over a year because of how I am treated. After years of experiencing that behavior in numerous stores. I decided that every hair store owner views US the same. Not Amy, such a totally different experience. I will definitely return for future purchases.
