Goodwill Retail Store - Latrobe

Rating: 3.1 /5
gary howell My partner and I often go to Goodwills looking for Temp-Tation stoneware and Mason Jars. We have only been to Latrobe’s store couple times mainly because we have always had bad experiences. From rude employees and employees acting like it was an effort just to answer a question. However During our last experience, 2 employees made for a great shopping experience! There names are Kylie and Courtney! They both were hard working, never stopped unless helping answering questions. While we were there my partner and I had asked couple questions and even went back to get something while at the checkout counter and never once did they show frustration. In fact, their interaction was like we were friends for years. This made for an amazing experience which caused us to want to come back. Great Job Kylie and Courtney! Will someone please pass this along to these 2 outstanding employees, management and please feel free to follow up with me by replying to this review if you would like.

CJ Nice food court, good ambiance, amazing arcade. Would hate to lose this place like so many of the other nearby malls. Hopefully more stores can trickle in and keep the place kicking.

St. Vincent de Paul Society - Latrobe

Rating: 4 /5
Dane 5 Stars – Great Prices, Hidden Gems, and a Wonderful Mission! Saint Vincent de Paul is an absolute treasure trove for anyone who loves a great bargain and the thrill of the hunt. You truly never know what you’ll find, and that’s part of what makes it so exciting. From gently used clothing and stylish shoes to home décor, furniture, kitchenware, books, jewelry, and more, this store has a little bit of everything. It all depends on what’s been donated recently, so each visit offers something new. If you’re a thrifter or a vintage lover, stopping by often is a must! Prices are incredibly reasonable, making it a great option for anyone on a budget or simply looking to shop more sustainably. As the saying goes, “One person’s junk is another person’s treasure,” and that couldn’t be more true here. Every item has the potential to start a new life in someone else’s hands, and that sense of reuse and renewal is part of the store’s charm. The store itself is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate, with plenty of parking available. Though the hours are limited, open only from 10 AM to 2 PM Monday thru Saturday, it’s important to note that the entire operation is run by dedicated volunteers from local churches. Their commitment helps keep this community focused resource thriving. Whether you’re furnishing a home, looking for unique finds, or just browsing for fun, Saint Vincent de Paul offers something for everyone, and supports a meaningful cause in the process. Highly recommended!
