4 /5 Sai Elizabeth: The stores here are good, but Im not gonna lie, I think the owner of this plaza is a greedy person with little care about the actual buildings or businesses. Having worked in one of these businesses, I know rent is insane and that modifications arent really allowed. Trash cans are often full and overflowing. The parking lot needs repaved so badly. Half of people drive outside of the lanes painted on the lot because of pot holes.
The four star rating is because I WANT business in this plaza, and appreciate what does stick around. But there hasnt been this much turnover in storefronts anywhere else similar in the area. Hospitality for businesses is abhorrent. The plaza owner needs to do better.
****Note: Picture is for the month of December. This tree lot is wonderful with a beautiful selection. Pricey trees, but worth it for what you get. Very fast and professional there. It seems that theyre the same vendors from nextdoor to Arbys in New Kensington, just relocated. I rate them 5 stars****
