4 /5 Jay K: This place is great for the most part, hot topic is back to like hot topic should be. Full of awesome black clothes and bondage pants. Its a lot more old school now. The only reason its 4 not 5 stars is because of their one employee Nicole, I seriously cant stand her. Im not even sure if she works there or not anymore but shes always poppin up there. Shes the girl with blonde hair, sounds really fake, someone that has no business even working there. But if theyd fire Nicole (or if you guys did let me know and Ill change it to 5 stars) it was Nicole kuc...I dont think Im allowed to put her whole last name on here, those are just a few pics of the clothes ive gotten at hot topic recently, personally im super happy about the variety of OLD SCHOOL (BEFORE BLACK PARADE) my chemical romance items ive found. From awesome shirts, to pajama pants to hoodies.

Wonderful store but it is not the store itself that would make me come back. kaity cochran Great shopping experience!! I have extreme anxiety and Kayla was so helpful. She and all the other store associates helped me find things, and were so nice. Kayla especially helped me feel at ease, and didn’t get annoyed with my excessive anxious talking. I definitely recommend shopping here if you want cute clothes and a wonderful shopping experience! Wish I could give more stars!!

SC Kea I’ve been going to this store for years and have always had a very positive welcoming experience. The manager and team are always there to help, find clothes in the right sizes and make recommendations when asked. When I do need to return anything it’s a very positive experience. Best Chicos experience I’ve ever had. If I could give 10 star review, I would.

The cashier at the store promptly called the manager, who took care of me. She was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will be going back to the store in Erie from now on.
