5 /5 dillan: Despite computer errors, and people taking a while at the register, the employees are so nice! They are so easy to talk to and quickly help you with what you need! I asked an employee if they had any merch of a game I like, and she let me look it up and see if they had it in any of their stores or even online. Unfortunately they didn’t but I still have hope… The employees at the register apologized that we had to wait but there’s no rush! I understand being behind the desk and feeling stressed with so many people coming in and then there’s sudden errors with cards or the computer system itself, but they apologized and appreciated us for waiting and not complaining. You never know what’s happening on that computer so you can’t be quick to be mad at the employees themselves! Be mad at the system because anything can truly go wrong. Always appreciate the employees!
