5 /5 Sharon Kendall: We shopped at Penneys on Dec. 6. I am a bit handicapped, so needed my husband to help me try on clothes. Gladys was the clerk "womanning" the fitting room. She gave us a larger room and allowed us to take in all the clothes we had found. When I couldnt find slacks that fit well, she brought us back 2 pairs, 1 of them was just right.
I had taken my "Grabber" to help pull up slacks, and inadvertently left it in the fitting room. My husband and I didnt discover that until we were leaving. He raced back to Womens clothing and there met Gladys again. She had our Grabber. She said she had found it when she checked our fitting room and held on to it so no one would take it. We were amazed that she had been so thoughtful!
Gladys went above and beyond the norm in helping us! She is to be commended!
