Kohls - (Near York, PA)

5 /5 Jessica Collins: My experience for my visit to the east York Kohl’s was for an Amazon return this time. I’m leaving a 5 star review because no matter which door you enter, there are clear indicators and arrows pointing to where you want to go and how to get there. This is a win for me because there have been too many times I’ve entered a Kohl’s and walked in circles longer than I will ever admit, trying to find a specific department. Thank you east York for putting up these signs!

3 /5 Joan: Liked that when using my Kohls credit card i got 30% off most items - but there are restrictions on some name brands. Was disappointed in the high prices of items, even the sale items. Cashier and clerk were helpful.

1 /5 Nicole Deitz: I used to love this store, I have been a mvc every year since I got this card. However this year it isn’t the same. They never solve any of the issues I have and no one can be bothered to help you in store. I bought a product the other day and the sign says sale (pic included) of course that one scent on the whole table was the only one not on sale. Even though it was right behind the sign. I understand some stuff won’t be on sale but don’t put it in the same area as the on sale items. Item I bought right behind the sign.

1 /5 Brett Zerphey: Online pickup apparently not a thing anymore? Googled the phone number and the automated system gave store hours and if you wanted the shoe department to press 3 before hanging up! We pulled into a spot at the main entrance marked with a tiny sign for online pickup, but it looks like they have or had 6 spaces dedicated to online, but have the signage bagged?!?
