5 /5 GEM: As the store was abuzz with exchanges and Christmas returns, I only stopped by to get assistance on my account and an unresolved previous order. The sales clerk sought the assistance of ALEX, store fromt-end manager. What a lucky day for me! Alex was focused to the task at hand, answered all and every question w/o bring rushed, showed patience and was very helpful in every way. I walked out knowing my account was up-to-date and no further action was required. Thank you so much, Alex! You are a very positive addition to Kohls as well as the cashier who initially had you intervene. Very methodical returns line...Quick, too!

5 /5 Dorn Reppert: Excellent place to find exactly what you are looking for! The pricing is very easily handled. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, but the staff person led me right to it with a smile, which was awesome considering it was way out of her area!

5 /5 John Schodowski: I have always found this store to be clean, and well organized. I dont care for clothes shopping, but something about Kohls makes it slightly enjoyable. I love the home decor area and always find something.
