LOFT - (Near Wyomissing, PA)

Sharon Kendall We shopped at Penneys on Dec. 6. I am a bit handicapped, so needed my husband to help me try on clothes. Gladys was the clerk "womanning" the fitting room. She gave us a larger room and allowed us to take in all the clothes we had found. When I couldnt find slacks that fit well, she brought us back 2 pairs, 1 of them was just right. I had taken my "Grabber" to help pull up slacks, and inadvertently left it in the fitting room. My husband and I didnt discover that until we were leaving. He raced back to Womens clothing and there met Gladys again. She had our Grabber. She said she had found it when she checked our fitting room and held on to it so no one would take it. We were amazed that she had been so thoughtful! Gladys went above and beyond the norm in helping us! She is to be commended! Jim & Sharon Kendall

Dakota Latusek Fantastic hometown hardware store that actually cares about you! I may be biased living 5 minutes away but these are the nice group of people Ive ever spoken to. I have probably shopped this location over 100 times and each time Im greeted, asked if I needed help, or if they could carry anything to my vehicle. I personally utilize this store for random home DIY projects, bird food and seed, and anything else that is appealing. Prices are fine, as expected. Selection is depended on what you need, sometimes stock is an issue but hey, they went bankrupt in 2024, so possibly rebounding after the buyout.

Kevin Gonzalez I came in to get measured for a FBLA suit event at PSU York. Store manager Mike did an exceptional job, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was being done to the best of his ability. He even welcomed me with a dab-up, the moment I walked in I felt right at home.

SHARON K I usually shop here for my adult children who are in their late 20s early 30s. The boys love the choices and styles. I have o ne that lives in the boxer under wear. Especially when the weather warm. He likes the length and the choice of patterns. His favorite are the cotton but he has also ventured into the new style with pockets. You heard me, yes! With pockets. Store is clean and nicely arranged. Staff is helpful without being pushy.
