Fashions by Anne - Bethlehem
Kerri Koch Anne is no longer the seamstress she once was and is bitter about it.
My dress was not ready when promised (a week later than originally planned).
Anne and I conversed about an alternate way to make adjustments; I asked her three times if she thought what I was suggesting would work and she assured me that yes it would and that she “still learns from [her] customers”
When I picked up the dress today, she had undone the original work without making the new adjustments we committed to by phone yesterday.
Worse, she was VERY rude and unprofessional, remembering only a fraction of the conversation we had just yesterday.
I have every right to be upset: my son’s wedding is less than two weeks away and I now have to find another seamstress as I don’t trust her.
My mother dropped off 2 dresses, one of which she was supposed to hem, but instead cut too short, so now my mother has to have the shoulder seams put in undone. She was rude to her when she she saw her inspecting the work. Over $200 and we have to go somewhere else.
