4 /5 Skarlyn Torres: They dont clean at all and you can find dust anywhere. My stepmom asked for help to find her phone and a lady told her “no we arent going to call our manager for that, theres no phone lost here”. Instead of trying to help or at least letting her know kindly that later they would look around and try to find the phone. But they have good clothing and some of the people there are very helpful and nice.

5 /5 Carolyn Carlson: Bought luggage, had a decent selection for my needs (specific size 4 airline). Did go to 2 locations, but was able to find 4 chec in bags for trip later in year. Very nice associates, and 30 day returns for original purchase type.

5 /5 mo heart: On Monday July 22, I came in back to school shopping with my daughter. Now despite the five star rating, I’d like to explain a rather UNPLEASANT experience we witnessed while in the store today, and I’ll explain my rating at the end. Some time in the afternoon as we were shopping I asked an associate for help. Sadly I did not catch this young lady’s name but she was very helpful when directing us to a few of the different departments. Fast forward a moment later, and I witness this same girl being screamed at by one of the managers in the most unprofessional and uncomfortable manner I have ever seen! I am a bystander and do not know what the issue might have been, but regardless I see this manager making an absolute scene, flailing arms around, disrespecting this young woman who took a moment to help us out just a while before. I don’t care what the mistake is, that is no way to treat an employee in front of guests and customers. I am never one to come on and leave a review but I left angry, knowing if that was my daughter, I’d want someone to say something. I truly regret not catching that manager’s name in the moment, it was either Payton or Paige as I couldn’t make it out. Still, I felt so bad for this worker who was clearly humiliated by how unprofessional this manager’s behavior was. So, I come to leave a five star review for that young lady who, despite dealing with unprofessional management, kept a positive and upbeat attitude towards the customers, unlike this manager did!! To whoever that young lady was, you are doing a wonderful job and i really hope something is said to the woman who was treating her this way!!!!
