The customer service is 1st class, the professionalism and the excellent knowledge of their products are the qualities of a time tested business that has with stood the ups and downs of a fickle economy. They will make everyone feel like royalty, the care and attention to detail they offer is hard to find. I live in VA and Work in DC since 1999, I only buy my suits are Roma Tailors they offer a quality product, at a nice price accompanied with the quality customer service is unbeatable! A lot of stuff I’m not crazy over but this store the staff is always super nice and personable. Allison was really cool and helped me out by signing up for their txt promo and gave me $10 off in store when it wasn’t working online. Really appreciative of that and her kindness.
