I have been unable to earn points on my purchases for a long time, and despite previous attempts by other clerks who told me I’d have to call corporate/customer service, this associate took the initiative to fix it herself. She went above and beyond to successfully update my account in-store. Her persistence and expertise turned a long-term frustration into a fantastic shopping experience. She is a massive asset to your team!

Her name is kiree and she not only helped me with a smile she assisted another customer with the same. She ended up ringing me up and told me her phone had broken earlier that day. Somebody give her employee of the month. She deserves it
